Employees of CBS Radio, their affiliated advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the participating stations metro area and the members of their immediate families or households are ineligible to participate or win. A person is eligible to win only once per WQYK contest. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest. By entering any contest all participants agree to be bound by the official rules. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and no substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted. Decisions of station management with respect to all contests are final. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. By participating in any contest, the winner agrees to have their name, voice or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release confirming such consent before delivery of the prize. Contest winners are required to sign a liability release prior to acceptance of any prize.
